1. Slide clean, dry feet into mask, using tab closure to secure.
2. Mask can be slippery to walk in - kick up your feet for 10 minutes! Read a book, drink some tea, relax.
3. Remove mask and massage remaining lotion onto skin. Make sure all lotion is absorbed before walking!
