1. You have 20 days from the day an order is placed to request a return!
2. Contact your Brand Ambassador with your return request and let her know:
- • The order number
- • Items and quantity being returned
3. Your Brand Ambassador will submit your return request and you will have 14 days to mail your product back to us.
4. Your Brand Ambassador will provide you with an RMA number to include on the outside of your return package.
5. Mail your return back to us at:

6. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back.
When returning an item, please keep in mind:
Item must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase.
This could include:
- Your packing slip
- A copy of your order confirmation email
- A copy of your return confirmation email
