Girls Weekend:

Annual Award Qualifications

Girls Weekend Ribbon Categories

At Girls Weekend each year, we gift attendees ribbons to wear with their name tags. We give out ribbons based on specific achievements in the qualification period (August 1st - July 31st). Please keep in mind, that these ribbons will only be given out to in-person Girls Weekend attendees. Let’s give the categories a look!

Annual Recognition Categories

Red Aspen's Annual Awards recognize Brand Ambassadors for their sales and personal sponsoring during the awards period (August 1st - July 31st). Our award committee puts these awards together to be announced annually at Girls Weekend. We have added some additional awards for the 2025-2026 Annual Awards cycle, so take a look! The award titles include:

What is the Annual Award Qualification Period?

Red Aspen's annual award qualification period runs from August 1st - July 31st.

Who is eligible to earn the awards?

Any Red Aspen Brand Ambassador in good standing with the Treehouse is eligible to earn monthly and annual awards. Please note that you must be a Director or Sales Executive to earn a Core Value award.

Is there a new way to track any Annual Awards progress throughout the year?

Yes! We’re excited to introduce a new Annual Sales Report that will be available directly in your Shopify account year-round. This report will outline your personal sales within the Annual Awards cycle, along with your downline’s sales, giving you greater visibility to track progress, celebrate wins, and strategically coach your team toward their goals. This report will go live in May!

Where can I find the Annual Sales Report?

You’ll be able to access the Annual Sales Report right inside your Shopify account. It will be clearly labeled and available at any time, so you can check in on your progress whenever you need.

Will Annual Sponsoring be tracked in this report?

At this time, Annual Sponsoring will not be included in the report. However, we’re always looking for ways to enhance your experience — so while it’s not available today, it’s something we may explore in the future!

Will reinstatements during the Welcome Back Campaign count towards Annual Sponsor awards?

Yes! Reinstatements during the Welcome Back Campaign (October 1–15, 2025, until 11:59 PM MT) will count toward the new Enrollment Enthusiast Award requirements and Annual Sponsor Society requirements.

What is an eligible personal enrollment for the Annual Sponsor Society award?

Reinstatements and Affiliate joins do not count for enrollments in the Annual Sponsor Society Award. Also, the new enrollments must be an active Brand Ambassador throughout the period. If the BA is downgraded to a customer status during the awards period, they will not count towards the requirements.

Is there a new award category being introduced for sponsoring?

Yes! We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new award category: Enrollment Enthusiast, debuting at Girls Weekend 2026. This recognition celebrates the incredible impact of consistent sponsoring and community growth.

The Enrollment Enthusiast award recognizes Brand Ambassadors who achieve 20 or more enrollments within the Annual Awards cycle. This includes new Brand Ambassadors, new Affiliates, and reinstatements — because every connection you make helps grow and strengthen the community

How will this award be recognized?

Recipients of the Enrollment Enthusiast award will be honored with a stage walk at Girls Weekend 2026, giving you a moment to celebrate this meaningful achievement alongside your peers. This award will be celebrated with a stage walk—one of the most fun and exciting moments to be recognized — though it will not include a physical plaque.

Are there any updates to the Annual Sales tiers?

Yes! We’re excited to share an updated tier structure for Annual Sales recognition, along with the introduction of a brand-new entry tier to celebrate even more achievements along with all-new flow of recognition emails designed to celebrate your progress and keep you motivated throughout the Annual Awards cycle.

What is the new Annual Sales Society tier structure?

The updated Annual Sales tiers will now be:
$12,000 – $19,999 (New!)
$20,000 – $34,999
$35,000 – $49,999
$50,000 – $99,999
$100,000+
$200,000+
This new structure allows for more intentional recognition across each level of growth and achievement.

What is the 12K Club?

The 12K Club is a brand-new Annual Sales recognition tier, created to celebrate those reaching $12,000 in sales within the Annual Awards cycle. It’s an exciting step toward higher sales milestones and a way to recognize early momentum.

How will the 12K Club be recognized?

Those who qualify for the 12K Club will receive a recognition ribbon in their welcome packet in person at Girls Weekend 2026, along with a stage walk during the event to celebrate their accomplishment.

The 12K Club will be recognized with an exciting stage walk — one of the most fun ways to celebrate your achievement — and will not include a plaque. Plaques will continue to be awarded for those who qualify for the Annual Sales Society at $20K+, in alignment with our current recognition structure.

How will recognition work for top tiers like 500K Club and 1M Club?

Moving forward, you will be recognized for the highest tier you achieve within the Annual Awards cycle.

For example, if you qualify for both the 500K Club and the 1M Club, you will be recognized for the 1M Club — your highest earned milestone!

What other requirements should I be aware of for the 500K and 1M Club awards?

In order to receive the 500k or 1M Club Award, you must have earned the Paid as Title of ABD+ every month in the qualification period.

Who is eligible to receive an award for title promotions?

You must officially promote to the new ABD+ title during the applicable qualification period. Please note that if you opted out of leadership and are opted out at the time of Girls Weekend, you will not be eligible to receive an award for your new title. You must also be in good standing, according to the Red Aspen Compliance team. Please note that you will only be recognized the very first time you hit the new title, and repromotions are not eligible to earn.

What kind of emails can I expect to receive?

Beginning in early May, you’ll now receive a celebration email each time you reach a new Annual Sales Society tier — because every milestone deserves its moment!

You’ll also receive “striking distance” emails when you’re getting close to your next tier, so you know exactly where you stand and can confidently push toward your next goal. These emails will begin in May of each year and run through July to align with the end of the qualification period.

Why are these emails being introduced?

These emails are meant to keep you informed, celebrated, and motivated all year long — so you never miss a milestone and always know how close you are to your next level of success.

Are there any updates to how awards will be recognized at Girls Weekend 2026?

Yes! We’re evolving how we celebrate achievements to make sure every accomplishment gets the spotlight it deserves throughout the entire weekend. Some awards will now be recognized through a mix of stage walks and celebratory parades, depending on the number of earners and attendees. In addition, select recognitions may take place during general sessions, not just Awards Night.

Why are these changes being introduced?

Two things are true — we have an incredible number of Brand Ambassadors, and there are so many amazing accomplishments to celebrate!

These updates allow us to create more space for recognition, ensure more individuals get their moment, and keep the energy and celebration flowing all weekend long.

What is a recognition parade?

A recognition parade is a fun, high-energy way to celebrate groups of achievers during general sessions. It brings visibility to accomplishments in a dynamic setting and adds to the overall excitement of the event.

Will all awards still be recognized during Awards Night?

Not all awards will be limited to Awards Night. Some will be celebrated during general sessions or through parades, allowing us to highlight more achievements across multiple moments throughout the weekend.
What you wear to receive your reward is entirely up to you! Team attire, comfy and cozy vibes, ball gowns?! All welcome! If you want to dress in theme for the general session or in full glam for an awards moment, you own it - and we’re here for it!

We are so excited to celebrate these categories during the general sessions at Girls Weekend 2026:
Beauty Inclusion Council
Annual Sponsor Society
Enrollment Enthusiast (New!)
Annual Sales Society (Including new 12K Club!)

All other categories will be recognized during the awards night.

Do I have to attend Girls Weekend to receive my recognition ribbon(s)?

Yes! We will only be giving these recognition ribbons to the Girls Weekend attendees. The ribbons are intended to be worn on your conference nametag, so you can be celebrated all weekend!

Do I have to attend Girls Weekend to receive my annual award(s)?

While the annual awards banquet is held at Girls Weekend, you do not have to attend. We will ship any award plaques earned to you if you are unable to be there in person.
